Program
Linux on a dual-core TI Sitara AM62 (upgradable). Your test logic runs at the edge: process data on the unit, trigger on conditions, publish over MQTT or HTTP.
One rugged vehicle-based platform that combines CAN-FD, Ethernet, sensor I/O, relay control, wireless connectivity, and data logging — reducing hardware cost, wiring, and integration time while giving engineers complete control of their vehicle data.
On the connector face
Three AEC‑Q200 grade relays, 12 V / 20 A. Switch heaters, fans, solenoids, or contactor coils from logic running on the unit.
Closed-loop control — measure a condition, then act without a separate PLC.
Why pDAQ
Most compact DAQ units log. pDAQ also decides and switches: it runs your logic on the unit and drives real loads through three automotive-grade relays, closing the loop between measurement and action.

CAN-FD, LIN 2.2, Ethernet, USB, and 0–32 V analog inputs. UDS, J1939, and FMS protocol support. Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, optional LTE CAT‑6 / 5G modem, and GNSS.
Three AEC‑Q200 grade relays rated 12 V / 20 A switch real test loads. Not just a logger: a closed-loop test node in a sealed aluminum enclosure.
Hardware + software
The sealed aluminum box acquires and acts. pDAQ Central is the desktop workspace for occupancy, stream maps, dashboards, and captures.
Where it works
One programmable node across labs, fleets, and tracks. Select a job type — or let it rotate — to see what you wire, what runs on the unit, and what shows in Central.

Automotive Testing Expo
Oct 27–29, 2026 · Booth T1461. Live demo all three days: sensors in, decisions on the unit, relays out.
